The early Tennessee YR Convention registration deadline is fast approaching! The deadline to get the regular $75 YR convention registration rate is August 26th.If you do not submit your registration information by August 26th, registration rates go up to $90 per person. Make sure you submit your registration by the 26th to get the regular registration fees. You can go to http://www.knoxyr.com to register. No registration is accepted after September 2nd, even if postmarked before September 2nd.

The Tennessee Young Republican Federation, Inc will hold its convention on September 9-10 in Knoxville. Convention registration costs are $75 per person, and hotel rooms are $89 per person per night. The registration deadline is August 26th. Here is some of the registration info:

• Make a reservation for your room for September 9th and/or September 10th. A credit card or first night’s deposit is needed to hold the reservation.
• Please use the group code YPF. This code will give you access to the special rate of $89.00 per night.

The registration rate does not include reservations at the Hilton hotel. You will need to make reservations for the Hilton (or the hotel of your choice) on your own.

If you register on or after August 26, 2005 and before September 2, 2005, the convention registration rate will be $90.00. No convention registrations that are received after September 2, 2005 will be accepted, even if said registration is postmarked prior to September 2, 2005. Due to our contract with vendors and the site location, we must have full payment and registration information prior to September 2, 2005.

When you reserve your room at the Hilton Hotel and give them the special group rate code: YPF, your rate will be $89.00. You may upgrade to a King room for a rate of $99.00 or a luxury suite starting at $238.00.
