The Tennessee Young Republican Federation will have its 3rd quarter board meeting in Clarksville at the Blackhorse Brewery. The schedule for the meeting time in Clarksville is below:

• 11 a.m. to noon: socializing at the Blackhorse Brewery
• Noon to 1 p.m.: TYRF board meeting at the Blackhorse Brewery.
• 1:30 to 2 p.m. Meet at the Montgomery County Republican HQ (705-A N 2nd St)
• 2 p.m. to ? : Campaign activities

• Team 1: Sign blitz for State Rep. candidate Ken Takasaki
• Team 2: Door to door for State Rep. Curtis Johnson

Please let me know and RSVP if you plan to attend the TYRF board meeting in Clarksville on Saturday. All chartered YR clubs are entitled to vote by either their chairman or TYRF Liaison. As an FYI, Ken Takasaki is a Republican House candidate running for a seat vacated by former House Democrat Leader Kim McMillan. Curtis Johnson unseat Tommy Head two years ago (with help from YRs and CRs) and is running for reelection this year.

Also, Montgomery County YR Deanna McLaughlin is running for Clarksville City Council. We wish Deanna the best of luck in her race for city council!
